Education: four years of high school. Civil Occupation: carpenter. He attended RCA Institute with an Albert Einstein scholarship in 1948. He retired from GE’s E-lab in 1981. In 1965, he was a member of the Mayor’s Onandago County Commission of Human Rights. He served as a technical specialist.
His father was Raymond Jack, a life insurance agent and his mother was Alma Alice Davis. His wife was Norma Mary Triche (1926-2006). He had five children; Raymond J., Melvin, Howard, Bernita and Suzanne.
