He had two years of college prior to active duty. His wife was Donna V. Bonaparte. His father was Alfred Bonaparte and his mother was Erminia Bonparte. Both were born in Italy.
He and Capt. Trabeck showed up at the same time at Camp Livingston, LA. He had been assigned to the Engineer Unit Training Center, Camp Claiborne, LA. Lt. Mortimer Squires when interviewed stated that he was a good officer.
